This is a promotional for Powa Bubble Tea.
From the Book of Powa, our story begins with Love Powa being chased and attacked by the Black Pearl Gang. The gang seeks to kill and then steal the magical and powerful bubble tea, and essentially keep the energy within for themselves. Obviously they're no match for Love Powa because she does some major ninja-ass-kicking.
